Hello,
Until recently the capcha was detected by google. But now google cannot
detect it. The audio is very bad, too, at least to my ear.
However, I use jaws and chat gpt's image reading feature to solve the
problem.
When on the page, press insert+spacebar followed, by p and then by shift+w.
Chat gpt reads the entire window. You have to quickly locate the capcha
code.

PNB has introduced an audio CAPTCHA on its retail internet banking login
page. while listening it don't differentiate between upper and lower case.
We have taken up the matter and the solution is to type all the characters
in lower case. those in the group are using PNB's internet retail banking
please try login with lower case. However we are trying for text based
solution. hope will resolve soon.
