You are correct sir, it is quite alarming that many government portals themselves still do not have audio captcha facility. In fact, the CCPD's own website does not have audio captcha which is concerning. Same is the case with the Public Grievances portal. Even at the state level the Maharashtra Grievance portal, https://grievances.maharashtra.gov.in/en has the same problem. In fact, while registering yourself, the calender to select date of birth is not working with JAWS and NVDA. Then they claim that they are screen reader friendly.
