Good News: As you know, Samsung started Innovation Lab #54 for the first time more than two years ago in India, based on my feedbacks. It aimed to report bugs, suggest feature requests, and enhance existing features in their accessibility apps like Samsung TalkBack, TTS, Bixby Vision, Live Caption, Live Transcribe, Spoken Assist, and more. During my last phone conversation with a Samsung employee, I had requested them to extend the deadline so that assistive technology users who were not aware of it could also provide feedback β and so new feedback could also be addressed. Now, Samsung has launched a new Innovation Lab for feedback. This is a positive step because Samsung can now receive updated suggestions. I also believe launching a new version is better, as some older bugs have already been fixed. If new bugs are reported in Innovation Lab #54, it could confuse Samsung due to overlap with previously resolved issues.
