I am not certain as to your ask, if I am understanding correctly you are asking about how to use the AI feature of Windows Narrator. This feature or option can be turned on by going to the settings for narrator.  If you are talking about copilot, you can launch it either by using the Windows key and searching for the application or if you have a keyboard shortcut set up, you can launch it by pressing the key combination alt plus Spacebar.
