Hi everyone, As you're aware, SSC has severely restricted our opportunity to fill the OTR (One Time Registration for scribe) for the SSC Phase 13 examination. For those who may not know, OTR is a complicated and lengthy process that requires:
1. A form filled by the scribe with their details 2. Generating an OTR number 3. When downloading call letters, candidates also need to download a scribe form separately, which requires OTP verification from the scribe's mobile number. Despite a 4-day window (July 16-20), the OTR portal never opened on time and was briefly available on July 22, only to be closed again. This is not a new issue; we faced similar challenges last year with the CGL examination, and the situation has worsened. If we don't take action now, it won't just affect our individual futures but will lead to an employment crisis for our entire community.
