For those who may not know, OTR is a complicated and lengthy process that requires: 1. A form filled by the scribe with their details 2. Generating an OTR number 3. When downloading call letters, candidates also need to download a scribe form separately, which requires OTP verification from the scribe's mobile number. Despite a 4-day window (July 16-20), the OTR portal never opened on time and was briefly available on July 22, only to be closed again. This is not a new issue; we faced similar challenges last year with the CGL examination, and the situation has worsened.
