Its not a good idea to talk badly about the device without experiencing it.
Accessibility cannot improved all at once. I have listened for few testcases and got the positive opinions on the device. Assistive technology is always expensive like flagship phones. How much you invest that much you can experience better technology. Suggestion for manufacture: Giving devices for testing will surely brings positive feedback for improvement.
