Hi all,
I had applied for a Railway Concession Card on the Divyangjan portal, but
my application was rejected due to non-submission of the Railway Concession
Certificate.

As per the Divyangjan Manual, visually impaired persons can upload *either*
the Railway Concession Certificate *or* the UDID card. However, the portal
makes it *mandatory* to fill the Railway Concession Certificate fields. So,
I entered my UDID details in those fields.

In this regard, I would like to understand why the system mandates Railway
Concession Certificate details even when a valid UDID is available.
Has anyone faced a similar issue or found a workaround?

Thanks in advance.
