Thanks to everyone who responded regarding my e-concession query. While UDID should ideally be the primary method, it's clear that the system isn't fully implemented yet. I personally know two friends who were rejected despite attaching their UDID, simply because they didn’t have the offline concession certificate.
So until the process is fully streamlined, I’d recommend getting the offline certificate as a backup. That’s exactly what I did today — I visited the civil hospital in my district with a friend, and we both got our offline concession certificates issued. We’ll now apply using the concession certificate, UDID, disability certificate, and a passport-size photo. Also, when uploading documents, use your Aadhaar card as address proof and PAN card as proof of date of birth.
