I am reaching out to kindly request your support for our team of deafblind members—individuals who are unable to see, hear, or speak. We communicate using Braille devices via WhatsApp and email, and we are currently looking for dedicated volunteers to assist with various communication and administrative tasks. Our team is active in the following locations: • Mumbai – Classes held at Ali Yavar Jung National Institute for Speech and Hearing Disabilities (AYJNISHD), Bandra (West) • Pune – A small office at my residence • Nashik – Our registered office We are seeking volunteers who can support us in the following ways: 1. Typing on computers for our deaf and deafblind team members 2. Writing official emails and letters in English or Marathi 3. Learning and using tactile signing (training will be provided) 4. Supporting daily needs of deaf and deafblind individuals 5. Assisting with communication, including phone calls and online registrations We kindly ask you to share this message with your network—friends, students, or anyone from colleges and universities in Mumbai or Pune who may be interested. The volunteer internship will begin on 5th September 2025, and a Certificate of Participation will be awarded after 3 to 6 months of dedicated work.
