Hello friends This email is to inquire about the recent change in the concession policy for Persons with Disabilities (PwD). Previously, as a person with a disability, I was able to avail a 25% concession on the AC Chair Car fares of the Vande Bharat Express. I had successfully booked tickets with this concession in the past year. However, during a recent attempt to book a ticket, I was unable to apply the PwD concession. Even after selecting the 'Handicap Quota' and 'Handicap Concession' options, the fare was shown without any discount. I would like to know if the decision to provide a 25% concession to Persons with Disabilities on the AC Chair Car of the Vande Bharat Express has been rolled back.
