hello everyone, I hope this email finds you well. day before yesterday, I got SVG (smart vision glasses) premium. by SHG technologies. I was informed that install SVG premium application from the appstore. I am using an iPhone 16 black, 128GB. I followed all the steps I gave my hotspot's SSID and password to the app, and all the necessary permissions. now, I am trying my level best to scan the QR that is being displayed on the app with my glasses. But, they are not working at all. I contacted the SHG technologies, even they wer not able to fix the issue. As, there's was working. I am even running the latest IOS(18.6). Connecting them with an android device is not a solution for me. Because, iPhone is my primary device. the SVG moddel is 8166. if anyone from the SHG technologies is reading my email please help me fix it.
