I remain perplexed. I have an early version of these glasses and did not have to go through the pairing process with the qr code. Things may have changed. Call them and ask for alternatives. Also, ask them if they ship the glasses with the camera covered. Sometimes, lenses have a little sticker on them to protect them during transit. Take off that sticker and things work magically!
