Dear Friends,

Greetings.

Yesterday, I had an unusual and unpleasant experience with a hotel, which I
feel is important to share.

A couple of my friends and I are planning to visit Goa between October 8th and
13th to attend the purple fest. I called a hotel to inquire about the price for
two standard rooms.

During my first call, they saw my photo through Truecaller and asked about my
disability. I honestly explained my situation. They asked me to hold while they
checked room availability, but they never called me back.

Later, I called them again and was informed that two standard rooms for five
nights would cost nearly ₹55,000. Out of curiosity, I called the same hotel
from another number. This time, they assumed I was a non-disabled customer and
responded immediately, confirming room availability and quoting ₹2,500
(including tax) for five nights and six days.

This clear difference in treatment was upsetting. I kindly request the
concerned organization to take action regarding this discriminatory Behaviour.

Thanks and regards,
shankar
