Hello Vikas, The draft had an action menu. But I could not activate it using enter, spacebar, application, left mouse button etc. Anyway, I successfully activated it with sighted help.
I submitted the railway concession certificate as I had it ready. But the manual says, "b. Railway Concession certificate (template provided on Applicant home page) or UDID certificate (applicable only for persons with visual impairment)" The application page had an option like this. Shall I get any notification when it is accepted or rejected?
