Greetings, I am reaching out to inquire if anyone has recently used the Rapido application for ride booking and encountered accessibility challenges. Today, I attempted to use the app and was disappointed to find numerous unlabeled buttons and images - making navigation difficult.
Previously, I found the Rapido app to be clean and simple. However, it now seems overloaded with unlabeled elements and lacks straightforward, easy-to-understand menus. This has significantly impacted usability, particularly for users relying on accessibility features. I would like to know: - Have you faced similar accessibility issues with the Rapido app? - Have you noticed changes in the app's UI that might have impacted accessibility? - Do you have any workarounds or suggestions to navigate these challenges. Sharing experiences and insights would be helpful. Sincerely, Mujtaba Merchant Bangalore | INDIA Sent from iPhone ® -- Disclaimer: 1.
