Windows OS from the tabs on the page and try following the instructions 
mentioned under: Remove a language pack

P.S your mails are being sent as plain text, if you are using Outlook you might 
want to check the Outlook options on the format of how mails are sent.

shows display languages and of course there is preferred languages option. But
