P.S your mails are being sent as plain text, if you are using Outlook you
might want to check the Outlook options on the format of how mails are sent.
Change the message format to HTML, Rich Text Format, or plain text in

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I could locate language option
where it shows display languages and of course there is preferred languages
option. But I don't get remove option any where.
