"Mr. Raghvendra, the hospital often does not send your medical certificate to the DRM office in a timely manner for verification, which causes a delay. Please do this: you will have to go to the concerned section of the DRM office where you applied for the e-concession (online or offline) and place your request there. Then, the DRM will issue you a letter that you can take to the hospital to follow up (or chase) the matter.”
