If you possess a Unique Disability Identification (UDID) card, as per
Railway Board Commercial Circular No. CC01/2025, you are eligible for a
concession card. However, recently, in most cases, Divisional Railway
Managers (DRMs) have denied providing concession cards on the basis of
UDID, forcing beneficiaries to obtain a concession certificate from
government hospitals instead.
