Sorry for being of no help. My reply was based on my experience of using Whatsapp with NVDA. Actually for no specific reason, I stopped using JAWS almost a year ago, even though it is installed in my computer. These days I've been using NVDA24.4 with Window10 and feeling quite comfortable with it to read or type Hindi text including Whatsapp messages. However, the issue of Whatsapp with JAWS has prompted me to use JAWS again to experiment and know more about it. With best wishes, Kamlesh Sharma.
