Organization: Deepstambh Foundation, Manobal Location: Jalgaon (with possible travel as required) Deepstambh Foundation, Manobal invites applications for the post of Technology Trainer to work with visually challenged students in the domain of Assistive Technology and Accessible Computing. This is an urgent requirement, and the selected candidate is expected to join as soon as possible. 🔹 Role & Responsibilities • Plan, design, and structure technology training programs for visually challenged students • Prepare training schedules, modules, and session plans • Deliver hands-on training using screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack, etc. • Train students in: ◦ Computer fundamentals ◦ MS Office Suite, including: ■MS Word ■MS Excel ■MS PowerPoint ■MS Outlook ■Other commonly used office tools ◦ Internet usage, email communication, and digital productivity tools ◦ Assistive technology tools and accessibility features • Conduct weekly and periodic assessments/tests to evaluate student progress • Maintain student attendance records and training documentation • Create, update, and document accessible learning materials, modules, test papers, and progress reports • Ensure training delivery aligns with accessibility standards and inclusive education practices 🔹 Eligibility Criteria • Graduate / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field • Strong knowledge of Assistive Technology is preferred • Experience in training or working with visually challenged persons is desirable • Ability to communicate, teach, and conduct training in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory • High level of responsibility, patience, and ownership of assigned work 🔹 Desirable Skills • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive education frameworks • Experience in the disability or social development sector • Ability to independently manage training planning, delivery, testing, attendance, and documentation 🔹 Salary & Benefits • Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience • Inclusive, mission-driven, and professional work environment 🔹 How to Apply Interested candidates may email their resume to: 📧 [email protected] Best, Faiyaz -- Disclaimer: 1.
