I have used both MI TV and airtel Xtreme digital box with talkback and realised that, while shortcut turn on the talkback however when it comes to turn off the talkback it doesn't work I need to go to settings > accessibility.

Its known issue and no fix as of yet.
Having said that check for software updates and hope for the fix.
Same issue with the airtel xstream android.
