Hello everyone, I would like to share my experience regarding the issues discussed in this thread. I have encountered a peculiar problem where I am unable to book tickets via the IRCTC website on my laptop, receiving a "Booking not allowed" message. Interestingly, I can successfully book the exact same ticket for the same train using my mobile phone. I am unsure why this discrepancy exists between the web and mobile platforms.
Additionally, I have a couple of questions regarding the Rail One application: - Does Rail One offer the option to book tickets using a pass concession for Railway employees? - Is Rail One strictly available as a mobile application, or does it also have a dedicated website similar to IRCTC? The ongoing technical challenges with IRCTC have certainly been frustrating, and I would appreciate any insights the group might have on these points.
