Dear members of Access India, I would just like to bring to your notice that the person who wrote this mail, Swaroop offering a 2 session course to help persons with blindness learn how to earn online has not conducted the course despite taking the payment of Rs 1000 per participant. He has not got back to the participants who have paid either to inform them of the reason that he did not conduct the course or to refund the money. . I would like to alert people on this list about this situation and ask them not to register for any course that he is offering. I am writing following first hand experience of referring two people to him, and speaking to him personally thereafter. Thank you Sincerely
