Friends, I had written my problem facing during login to SBI Net Banking
due to inaccessible audio captia and the reply given to me as follows.
(Dear Sir/Madam,
Sorry for inconvenience caused you.
We would like to inform you that access to the old Internet Banking portal
has been disabled w.e.f. 10.07.2026 and has been redirected to the New YONO
Interface.
Therefore, for any complaints regarding YONO 2.0, we kindly request you to
lodge a complaint through the CRM application in the relevant category of
YONO 2.0 for effective tracking and timely resolution.
We request you to lodge a complaint in this regard through the YONO
Application by following the below navigation.
Login>>Click on the profile name or picture at the top left corner of the
home page>>Select Get Support>> Help & Support>> lodge complaint>>Select
the category>> Give the description of the complaint & upload the
screenshot or picture>>Submit
Alternatively, you may take the assistance of your branch and lodge a
complaint through the CRM application in the appropriate category for
prompt resolution.
