Friends, several times I have written to IRCTC regarding booking railway ticket using disability card with escort and to general ticket also together but these people are not responding or even giving reply to mail they have not even updated in their rail one app if we are travelling with family disabled and escort will be booked in one ticket and children in general will be booked in another ticket so friends you people also complaint to IRCTC regarding this problem faced by disabled persons while booking railway ticket
