We’re committed to making Rapido usable for everyone. If you encounter any accessibility barriers—such as issues with screen readers, keyboard navigation, colour contrast, captions, or any other feature—please let us know.
I tried the application today, however there were too many unlabelled buttons and also navigation was a bit tricky. I was surprised to know that they have an option to submit a ticket on Accessibility on the profile tab. On trying to do so, I kept getting an error message after typing my challenge saying that oops the ticket cannot be registered as of now. How useful is this commitment? What is the point of this commitment when you cannot submit a ticket? Has anybody else in the community face this kind of a challenge?
