I recently tried ordering food using the Rapido app for the first time. While it wasn't the most accessible experience, I was able to successfully order and get my food delivered as expected-which is very impressive for a first try using VoiceOver on iOS. However, a few thoughtful tweaks could significantly improve the experience. I shared the following feedback with their team: Dish Details & AI Descriptions: Including the item name, price, and a short AI-generated description would make decision-making much easier. Detailed View: Double-tapping an item should open a detailed view with serving sizes, images, and health-conscious information like calorie counts. Quick Gestures: Swiping up or down on the item list should allow users to quickly add items to the cart or favorites. Customization & Form Controls: On customization screens, the screen reader focus should land on the "customize our order" heading. Add-ons requiring multiple selections should use checkboxes, while single-selection options should use radio buttons (with a "none" option included).
