One plus is a very low risk move considering I've used color OS a bit and
did not find major accessibility issues. + we have a lot of users who can
guide about the specifics specially in the early days.
One note: Initially Android will feel a bit overwhelming, You have to keep
at it for at least 2-3 weeks, you'll easily sail through.
