Rajesh, My answers are inline and are prefixed by my initials. 1. Generally, I fail to read messages received in HTML format and PC hangs requiring reboot or at least jaws to be re started. PL] What version of Jaws are you using? I am using v9.216 and have not had this problem. Set outlook to read all e-mail in plain text and see if it solves the problem. 2. there is a folder rss feeds. Now, can we access rss feeds with outlook, if so, how? PL] We can. Just go to the rss folder. Once you hit enter on it, tab into the resulting web page which will give you all the help you need.
