Hello Pranav The first problem got solved by updating to jaws latest version as suggested by you. However, I am still struggling with firefox 3 and rss feeds, as they are not updated while firefox reads other sites except launching home page. and I was unable to locate resulting web page after tabbing in rss folder of outlook.
