Folks: I face a rather strange problem with JAWS 5.0, which I use both at office and at home. When I use IE and press Alt+tab to switch between different windows, I get an error message. Since I am unable to read the message I am not able to reproduce it here. But the choice that comes on the screen is "Send error report" or "Don't send". The moment I press one of them (with the help of my sighted colleague) JAWS immediately closes. When I reopen JAWS and start to work I find I am unable to perform certain functions such as start+D to go to documents and open the file of my choice. Also, JAWS considerably slows down after this and to get things back to normalcy I have to shut down the system altogether and re-start it again. This is quite annoying especially when this happens during evenings, when I have to race against deadlines. What can be done?
