Hello everybody, An acquaintance of mine (who is sent a cc of this email) is facing serious problem in vista home premium edition and jaws 9. When she is writing something in ms word, the focus is shifting to desktop and so on. The lines are overlapping anywhere. At time nothing is being written when she is typing. At times the last line is coming first and even the entire text is vanishing. She has got windows defender installed on her laptop. She is using ms office 2003. Please help. Since she is an adult blind and is a fresh keyboard user, she needs active help. It will be nice if some vista user gives his phone number and email address whom she can contact.
