Hello Kanchan, Perhaps, our Indian banks affected directly from the narrow and rigid attitude of their employees, even in large scale specially at highest level. This is great unfortunate for our Indians that having internet facility in most branches of Indian banks, they usually ask to concerned VH customer to show the "RBI CIRCULAR DATED 4-6-08". I myself have provided the copy of this great RBI circular to several those VH persons, who don't know computer operating. Therefore, I request you and other concerned persons to make dialogue with RBI for calling a meeting of heads of all Indian banks for implementing this circular by their all branches without any delay and for taking immediate appropriate departmental action against concerned employees / officials, who creat unnecessarily problem to inplement this circular.
