hi, the process is very simple. if you want to disable the download of images in IE, go to tools select internet options go to advanced tab by pressing control tab, once land on the advance tab press down aero till you reach multimedia, you can disable few unwanted options such as playing animations in web pages download of pictures and so on. after making the necessary changes, press tab to select OK to save the changes. the same process can be applied in firefox. i hope this helps
