The situation is really pathatic. In entire north east there is no braille 
production centre. To mark the bicentennary of Louis Braille the n.i.v.h. has 
started data entry centres at seven north east states. 
The production of these books will be done later at Kolkotta or at delhi till a 
proper braille press is set up in Guhati. 
This information was given by mrs anuradha Mohit The director of N.I.V.H. on 
first July in the meeting of celeberation committee meeting convened by 
ministry of social justice and empowerment at new delhi.
