In today's world where we're talking about the integrated education, and we're trying to fill up the gap between the world and physically/visually challenged, these kind of efforts let me say will increased the gap what so ever. Similar university has been established in chittrikoot, & the students have no opportunity to mix up themselves with outside world. When they come out from their university, they feel inferior, & they always complain, that the sighted person are this, & the sighted persons are that! I've seen this, & I know so many guys like that! I'm really sorry, if my personal thoughts hurts any of you, but such efforts are of no use.
If this money would have been invested to make the running university accessible for the physically challenged, and some other developments which may help to blind or physically challenged, it might have ended with massive results & far reaching consequences. Now, from my point of view, a new chapter is going to start of isolation & separation from the normal world!
