Pranay,
I have one case pending against MPSC and am waiting to amend the Petition
and for the Reply of the MPSC. The matter will be heard on 26 August 2008.
This was for the post of Naib Tahsildar.
There attitude is horrible.
The omnibus litigation against the Maharashtra State also has some issues
against the MPSC.
Whoever you are advising must be informed about this omnibus litigation and
must rely on the court ordrers on identification. There are several GRs
issued by the State on giving preference to the more disabled.

Its really a quagmire. The more I get into it the more I sink.
One bit of advise on Human Rights Law Network and on lawyers generally.
Please ask your clients to keep copies of every document eg. Petition, Reply
and all. You cant trust lawyers to follow up. If you want to change your
lawyer then its nearly impossible to get your papers out of their offices.
I know many cases started by Human Rights Law Network which are meandering
around the court and no one knows whats happening or what the last orders
were.
I am saying this in open forum not to start a fight but to warn all on
accessindia to beware of your lawyers even if the lawyer is yours truly.
