Mahendra, Pranay I dont think this caller can join my peetition for Naib Tahsildar and it is best he go to the Human Rights Law Network because they handle such cases regularly.
What happens generally is that the client is very enthusiastic about filing a case in the beginning and generally these cases are filed in a hurry so there is no time to make copies for the Petitioner. After the initial burst the lawyer is stuck with the papers and a case that he has to keep track of. The Petitioner has moved on and is not interested. Then if a person like me wakes up and asks the Petitioners what happened in this matter the Petitioner knows nothing and the lawyer does not have time to pull out the file. We cant intervene and we dont have the benefit of the judgement. All in all awaste of time and money. As Petitioner we have the duty to see that the matter is completed and the information is shared with others. However most of us dont take responsibility.
