In an historic judgment Karnataka Administrative Tribunal [KAT] hearing a write petition filed before them about not maintaining reservation for the posts in Group A & B, it held that appropriate government should insist reservation in all groups, all post for government services as it's mandated in Persons with disability Act 1995 and it quashed the earlier circular issued during 1995 according to a press note published in leading daily on -1-08-2008.
