Hi, This is very nice, but, in my opinion, instead of making the application public in the case of the government employees, the social welfare department should send the invitation to the concerned offices and ask them to submit the details of the pwds which should be make compulsory. Otherwise many of the departments will not be interested in submiting the data. And, it is not a good idea to make the individual to collect the application themselves and it to authorities and make them submit it, as if it is the employee who is only the interested person. Moreover, if the application is submitted with the knowledge of the employee, surely an artificial modification may occur in his behavior. Renuka
