Hai Ruchir In fact it's a great idea. personally, I am for it. Not each and everyone can attend the AI convention though everyone wants to. By doing this we can share a lot of information. I particularly like the idea of pre deciding the agenda so that persons concerned about that particular issue attend it thereby avoiding uninterested participants. For example, if a meeting is about e books, all students and teachers can attend as employees might not be too keen about such issue though I'm not saying they shouldn't.
