Thanks a lot. I did use alt ctrl and 6 only, and yes, i use Jaws 9.2169 at home with FF 3, so no question of wrong combination. and coming to added functionality of starting new session etc, it is fine if it occurs only once every 10 times i start FF, but if it is vice versa, i will conclude it as a problem only. And yes, i uninstalled it totally and reinstalled it about 2-3 times to see any improvement but all in vain. But still, all the efforts that are put by webvisum are deeply appreciated. Regards.
