Hai Even I faced the same problem while joining in the PhD program two years ago in S.V. University, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. According to the guidelines provided by the university, there are all other reservations including that of reservation for female, but not for physically challenged. As one of our friends said, some serious thought should be given in this regard.
