Hello On the computer which you are using, open MS outlook click on file menu and then arrow down to import and export... and then hit enter. In first step click on "export to a file" and then click next. follow the instructions in the wizard and save the file in "Comma separated value (windows)." Transfer this file to the new computer which you will use. And then open MS Outlook. On file menu click on import and export... and this time click on "import internet mail and addresses." In next step check the check boxes for the items you want to import. then follow the wizard instruction to accomplish the task.
