1. Search a file ".pst" in your system and also note the path where this
file is located.
2. save this file in the same location in your new machine. It is done.

You will find all your messages of your inbox of old system in your new
system's inbox including address book.

Subject: [AI] Backing up the address book in MS Outlook

Hello all,

I am switching to a new machine and need to back up the address book in MS
Outlook. However, this is turning out to be tricky, since I have not added
any addresses manually. All the addresses in my MS Outlook address book are
those that were automatically added by Outlook when I replied to messages.
How do I back up such addresses? Are these addresses stored in a specific
file which I can copy?

Many thanks.
Geetha
