Hi Srikanth In regional and language options, go to regional page and then go to standards and formats customize option and press space bar, you will find the option prescribed. In my case, everything is fine, HH MM SS is selected, am and pm are selected, and even in the date and time settings, everything is in the right order. But system is speaking time as railway time without am and pm. If someone, who is aware of this problem, give mobile number, I will contact personally so that I can explain the problem better and get it solved navigating through each option.
