Hello,
I think whether a particular posting is relevant or off topic it is to be
judged by honorable moderator and nobody should try to step in his shoes. If
any member has reservations about any posting he or she is free to draw
honorable moderator's kind attention to the same off the list. Please let
the list sail in calm waters!
Personally, I don't think Mahesh has done anything wrong by posting that
mail.
Now, a question about e-51 itself, Few months ago, it was announced by
Nokia that they are launching a variant of E-51 that will not have a
camera .
Wanted to know if Nokia has launched the same in India? if yes, what is the
price?

Regards,

Chetan Sharma

Dear Prateek,

Mahesh is not a new member on this list but he seldom writes here.
He might have sent the information about E51 because this handset is
compatible with Talks and has become very popular for it's good performance.
Perhaps we have earlier not had any discussion on E51, but you might have
found many visually impaired folks raising their queries about compatible
handsets with Talks or Mobile Speak. In this way, you should not mind this
posting.
Nun the less, there are found many postings pertaining to technology but
have no direct or indirect link with accessibility or disability. We have
been constantly discussing about the Cricket Commentary on Radio witch has
no connection with the electronic discussion, accessibility, disability or
so on.
I think posting about any compatible handset is far better than discussing
radio commentary or any other topic witch should actually not be brought on
the list.
I also posted specifications of Nokia 5320 mentioning that this supports
Mobile Speak and may work with Talks also and interested users can buy it.
someone has also posted about Nokia 5800. so no harm in discussing it.
I just wanted to clarify the things, do not take it otherwise.

Thanks,

Amit Bhatt
