1. First make sure you have installed all the voices that you want to have, 2. Press Talks + * to open the settings window, 3. Move to the "Speech tabsheet" and press select key on the first option that is "Speech eluquence is US english" Pressing selection key on this option will bring a list of installed TTS on your phone. now you can select your desired TTS voice. You can change talks setting by two ways, one is through shortcut keys and other is manually. As there are too many commands so it would be difficult to describe here all the shortcut key combinations. However, to change your settings manually press Talks + * which opens the setting window. There you will find three or four tab sheets containing various functions, move to the desired tabsheet and make your settings as you like.
